All consultations with Dr Boyapati are via appointment. ‘Walk-ins’ are not accommodated unless there is a free appointment slot at that time. Appointments can be made by calling our friendly reception staff on (03) 9359 0655.

Please bring your Medicare card with you to all appointments, even if you are a regular patient.

The clinic has two main types of appointments.

  • Bulk billed appointments are available on Mon, Wed and Fri 9 am to 12 noon (only for those eligible for bulk billing incentives).
  • Private appointments are available on each of the above days between 9am and 3pm and incur a gap fee of $50.

(If you are a new patient, there is an additional fee of $50)

There may be a waiting time for bulk billed appointments, whereas private patients are seen as close to their appointment time as possible.

    Please note that a gap fee of $50 applies for standard consults and $80 for long consults (Payable by Cash or EFT).
    An additional $50 applies to new patients.
    There is a DNA (Did Not Attend) fee of $30 for 'no-shows'.
